Thoroghly proffessional , very attentive and efficient , yet makes you feel relaxed. Quite an art nowadays. An idle comment by myself, prompted her to take control of the situation and arranged blood checks, ecg, and appointments with the relevant clinics. I will gladley make future appointmens with her.
