Dr Wheeler is a very kind and caring doctor who listens very carefully to what is wrong and always keeps you involved in your care. She does go the extra mile - I had asked her about a problem with which she was unfamiliar (that my mum was suffering with), she promised to do some research, and lo and behold a couple of weeks later some information appeared in the post!
