Dr Pande has the best interests of his patients in mind. He is a dedicated and efficient Dr and he has excellent patient skills. You can ring up when you are not well before the surgery starts and Dr Pande wiil advise you accordingly. Nothing is too much trouble for him, and he never makes the patients feel that they are wasting his time. We are all individuals with our own problems and he treats us so. He explains things so the patients can understand. All of his patients trust and respect him very much. It is very important for elderly vulnerable and patients with chronic illnesses to have a Dr that treats them with kindness and respect that they can have total faith and trust in. He has helped me so much, that I have managed to completely turn my life around and lose over 11 stone. I have managed to improve my health for myself with much less medication. It was Dr Pande that enabled me to finally get a proper diagnosis for my health problems, which revealed that I had a congenital condition. Any patient that has him for a Dr will be very lucky.

Dr Kumar Pande, a locum GP who served our Surgergy for some 18 months has provided a dedicated and caring service to his patients. We are now informed that his contract is expiring and will not be renewed. This has come as a shock to all his patients and at a recent Patient Participation Group meeting, there were 50+ patients in attendance to show thier support for Dr Kumar Pande and outline the importance of his qualities and trust his patients have developed. Regrettably, although the meeting was of the Patient Participation Group, no participation was called for as we were told that a decision had already been made, that could not be reversed, to replace him. Further representations are ongoing but in the meantime I would like to express our gratitude to Dr Kumar Pande for the excellent service he has provided to all his patients. Well done and keep it up!
