Listened to what I had to say and explored various options, explaining the pros and cons and coming to a decision with me rather than for me.
On the day of my procedure, I was put at ease and every step was explained and I was given time out if needed. I felt comfortable that I was in safe hands and that Dr Bhayani really does want what’s best for his patients.
