I saw Dr Bhayani after 5 years of chronic pain and after seeing Consultants (mostly privately as I couldn't get past an "extended scope physiotherapist at Loughborough Hospital for treatment on NHS). I have had injections in Harley St and Spire also Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore - without positive results. Dr Bhayani saw me at Leicester General, listened comprehensively to my problem and offered me injections which I accepted. I had the injections in May and for the first time in 5 years I am having pain free days - sometimes lasting for a week.
I can't say how exhilarating it is to be pain free just with the occasional flare up and I can't rate Dr Bhayani highly enough not only for his listening and interest in helping me but for his obvious accuracy in locating the injection site.
