Dr Shankar always agreed to meet up with us or speak to us over the phone whenever requested. He took time to explain the nature of Rupsha's difficulties and the approach was rational and up to our expectations.
He has offered follow up post - discharge even though we are 'out of county'.
We felt adequately listened to.
