I've felt fobbed-off by a few GPs over the last couple of years when I have been in to the surgery, each time with the same symptoms. Dr Bedford however, listened to what I had to say and made me feel quite reassured. She was very thorough in her examination and booked me in for an ECG and x-ray with the promise of a followup call. She is clearly concerned about her patients mental well-being as well as just addressing physical symptoms.
Unfortunately, with all the local surgery closures and increased demand on my GP surgery; I don't have the option to choose which GP I get to see, but if I could, I would definitely go back to Dr Bedford.
