Dr. Chappell is a fine doctor,he listens and looks at you not the computer.My husband ,who is 91 yrs old,does need care and confidence to help him and this Dr. Chappell gives him.He is patient and helpful when needed.
The only problem is, one is not able to see him when one wishes, however,that is understandable.
