I had recently requested a call from someone at the surgery to offer advice. I received the call within the timeframe that I had been advised of by reception. Dr Rahmat listened to my concerns and agreed that I should be seen as soon as possible and booked me in for an appointment two days later. Considering how thinly spread GP appointments are in the current climate, I would consider this very good indeed. Appointment itself was what I expected and have gone away with the desired result. Doctor Rahmat has done her job, now to need to see if the prescription does the same....
