I had developed a bruise near my tear duct. Checked with pharmacist who suggested a GP needed to see it. I went to the surgery at 11 a.m. and was told a duty doctor would telephone me. Dr Rahmat duly telephoned me at 12 and arranged an appointment for me at 2 p.m.
She then reassured me there was nothing to worry about - so really quick and satisfactory service.
