I am a direct speaking person and found Dr Brown to be very attentive who understood my situation and as a new patient to the practice I found him very positive. He listened and made suggestions which proved to be of great help. He dealt with what appeared to be a bit of an emergency (heart problems) IMMEDIATELY and working together he and I came to a very satisfactory situation. He is yet another GP in a fantastic practice, but doctors can only help us if we open up and explain things and state our point of view.
