I saw Robert Rudelic having had a bit of a merry-go-round of appointments. He asked clear questions, listened to me, reviewed my case history, diagnosed the problem, offered treatment a way forward (something I'd not had for a while) and remained positive despite it being 5.30pm on a Friday of a bank holiday w/e after a long day. I only hope the system can support his suggestions (out of his control!). Thank you.
