Well what can I say about Dr Rob Moore, apart from the fact that he is an amazing GP.
I am extremely lucky to have him as my GP - he is very attentive, listens and really cares about his patients.
Rob goes above and beyond, by making sure he keeps in touch with his patients, who have long term health issues. I never expect Rob to run on time, as he is like that with all of his patients and 10 silly minutes is never enough for a consultation! I do not mind having to wait as I know the excellent service I will get when I see and speak to him. It is often very hard to get an appointment with Rob, he's that popular... and he's a great medical teacher.
Amwell Group Practice is generally an amazing GP surgery and when I have interactions with other staff members, they have been amazingly helpful as well.
They have been outstanding during the pandemic and continue to do so
