I was not seen at Cuckfield Medical Centre but at The Vale Primary Care Centre, Haywards Heath. On meeting, Dr Harvey came across as an affable, charming (disarmingly charming) and confident doctor These qualities, however, do not necessarily make for a good and conscientious doctor. My experience was that he wasn’t good and conscientious. He was too cocksure of himself leading to complacency and casualness which beggared belief. He demonstrated a lack of professionalism, integrity and proper patient care. He also demonstrated dishonesty. My consultation with him was instrumental in my worst ever medical experience. Trust destroyed.
