Having already had a blood test a week ago by Dr Keatinge’s partner and 2 corses of steroids, I was still very worried about my tightness of chest. I phoned Gwalchmai surgery 1pm to ask if I could possibly have an appointment today. I was answered as always, by a friendly member of staff and given 3 time slots to choose from. Both doctors come to the waiting room to invite you in with pleasant greeting. Dr.Keatinge listened to all my concerns and to reassure me that I hadn’t progressed to a chest infection, took a blood test himself. I was told to phone back tomorrow afternoon for the result. Suffering from chronic anxiety, I left feeling less worried about my condition. I am writing this review on my ipad, on which I am also able to book an appointment, order repeat prescriptions or see the practice nurse. As I live on my own and at times ill in bed, I find this extremley useful. I wonder how many other surgeries are so efficient and friendly in Gwynedd?
