Doctor did listen well and explain to me in clear English what he thought the problem was and then came up with a clear solution. He did encourage me to come back as soon as I wanted to if it did not improve. Felt he was very understanding and at same time knowledgeable. I felt that he was thorough and gave me the time that was needed
