Dr, Ansell knows your medical history and listens to your problems. He explains technical terms so you understand what treatment/medication is for and how it will help you. He never seems in a rush and he does what he says he will do i.e. write to get a hospital appointment. In follow up appointments he asks how your treatment is progressing after - for example - surgery and how it affects you now. Repeat prescriptions are dealt with quickly.
