When I first came into emergency medicine on Monday 1 August, Dr Griscti came very quickly to assess me. He was calm, efficient, friendly and compassionate in handling my heart problem and made me feel as if he was taking personal responsibility for my care. When transferred to the Assessment Ward he was again on hand making sure I was well looked after and dealt with by other specialist doctors. All the time he was calm and kind, spending time in general conversation and getting to know me better which took away a lot of the stress of the moment. Thank you so much for your help and kindness. I now have a pacemaker and am hopefully on the road to recovery. Mike W
