In the words of Simon Cowell, “I wasn’t expecting that!”
Rang the surgery to report a possible skin cancer concern. I was asked to send in a photograph and Dr. Towl would take a look.
I did that and she did this. Rang me within 30 minutes and said she would like to inspect the suspect area under a microscope - can you come to the surgery now?
Of course, I did and I am now being closely monitored to inspect the area and she has made me an appointment in 2 weeks to review.
Whilst there are those amongst us who moan, complain, object to the service and care we are offered, take a moment.
From filing clerk (if there is one) through to GP and beyond, my personal experience has had me in awe of the care I have received and Dr. Towel continued that trend today.

After a very bad experience at this surgery and some okay ones, I feel Dr Towl is the person who restored my faith in the surgery. She is a caring and understanding person, very very thorough.

This docter is best my family have had in 20years of going to docters
she is very good at her job
