Spoke to the ring back service. Dr. Mitchell responded within 30minutes.
Discussed my recurring ear problem . Was invited to the surgery, was asked if I minded being examined by a trainee student first,then Dr Mitchell came in on the examination.
After a thorough examination she suggested a course of treatment, which I took straightaway and immediately the symptoms are being relieved. From enquiry to examination took less than 90 minutes. What a great service.
