Other than I never received a copy of diagnosis and was placed in the hands of a really abusive care co-ordinator I was very grateful to have someone attentively listen. Would of rather have received my diagnosis on a letter rather than be told by a surgery that they only have care plans.
Very thorough in diagnosis and I trusted and felt safe through sessions. unfortunately left practice and after incidents would feel I would have liked to have been able to clarify or ask whether care coordinators behaviour was acceptable as trust had been built or even to request records of diagnosis to clarify accuracy of what was diagnosed to care coordinators diagnosis.
