I have been fortunate to be seen by Radhika Vohra on several occasions and on each occasion I have left feeling much more positive. Her clinical skill is without question and I have complete trust in the advice she gives. But putting aside the clinical importance, what stands out for me is her kindness and understanding in the circumstances under which the appointment is made. There is never a sense of feeling that time is an issue even when I know she may be running significantly behind schedule. I am of an age when I grew up with the traditional family village doctor who had that special "bedside" manner. Radhika reminds me very much of the family doctor I grew up with. This is not intended as a criticism to current GPs in practice since I am only too well aware of the immense pressure that they are under. I feel myself extremely fortunate to be able to see Radhika and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her. Not only as a highly skilled doctor; but also a kind and understanding person.
