Seemed like she listened in the initial appointment, but then the clinic letter came and it felt like she was talking about someone else.
Made assumptions which missed the truth by a long shot and made for disappointing reading
Then a follow up phone conversation made me feel completely unheard and I'm glad we got cut off, saved me from having to listen to any more completely inaccurate nonsense
