Dr Dabo is an absolutely outstanding GP. In an era of brusque ten-minute turnarounds she makes the time to listen carefully, empathise and respond to her patients' needs both physical and psychological. All of her patients to whom I have spoken have only highly complimentary things to say about her, as does the local pharmacist, who praises the ethos of her practice.
As a solo GP in a highly popular but relatively small practice, let us hope she doesn't fall victim to the corporate interference of the NHS and is allowed instead to be a model of good practice to be disseminated nationwide.
