Dr Choudhary at the Cobridge Community Health centre in Staffordshire is an expert neurophysiologist. I was referred to his clinic after what seemed to be a “difficult diagnosis”. After about 10 mins of observations and tests, he was able to give a seamless diagnosis. He was attentive to my signs and symptoms and was able to deliver information clearly to my understanding. I was very happy with his services and I look forward to his official report back to my GP.
