I am a young patient struggling with a chronic illness that makes my life somewhat difficult. I have been through many doctors because every time I saw one I was given the impression that I was bothering them or because outwardly I looked healthy that I must just be malingering. I never felt like the doctors were listening to my problems or taking any of them seriously and often I had to return several times to persuade them to take any action on my problems. THANKFULLY I then found Dr Hatfield. She is a breath of fresh air. She actually seems concerned with your well being, she listens to what you have to say and she is very easy to talk to and then takes action quickly and decisively to get to the bottom of your problem. I have no intention of seeing anybody else as my GP for the foreseeable future. She puts you at ease about your situation. She is not intimidating to talk to in any way so would be great for younger patients and she so friendly. I honestly don't know how she keeps so positive after seeing sick people all day but somehow she does. A credit to the profession. VERY highly recommended
