doesn't care about patients at all, she has rang me and has done a prescription for me but didn't let me speak, literally hang up the phone in the middle of me trying to explain to her whas the emergency is. Spoken to her at 12.24 pm and 1 hour later I went to pick up the prescription but the surgery was closed from 12pm for staff training. She couldn't even be bothered to let me know that the surgery is closed. What was the point of her ringing me as emergency and doing a prescription if she knew I won't be able to pick it up anyway? Very unprofesional and inconsiderate of her. Felt like beeing treated without any care or respect. And the saddest thing is this not the first time I felt let down by her but this time it is serious enough for me to say something.
