Absolutely awful-- my partner went here a couple years ago for acid reflux-- referred her to a surgeon but Dr Hodgkinson gave her a drug to take "in the meantime"... without mentioning that it causes PERMANENT BRAIN DAMAGE and that the EMA doesn't even approve it for acid reflux anymore (and issued a strong warning to doctors about it back in 2013) because of that. Yet when she goes in to complain the office staff shrug and say "sue the manufacturer".
