I first met Dr Wooodward a week ago, having felt pretty ill for a few days. She immediately got to grips with my symptoms and came up with a diagnosis. I spent nearly an hour with her ( unheard of in the NHS of course) and was very impressed with her empathy, professionalism, "bedside manner", understanding and assured manner. Despite the fact I felt dreadful, my experience could not have been better from a patient's point of view. I have just had a follow up this morning and although she is a very busy private GP, she gives one the impression that you matter and she is there for you. That means so much when illness at any level makes one feel vulnerable. While waiting in reception for some results I was also able to observe her manner with other patients as she juggled her busy diary and it was impressive. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
