I'd heard amazing things about Dr Williams, but when I went to see him, on more than several occasions, I found him quite patronizing, unsympathetic and dismissive. I left quite obviously upset during some of my visits and he didn't seem to care very much. I'm sure he knows his stuff and there are many people who think he is wonderful, including a friend of mine who said he was the best Doctor she'd ever seen. But maybe he didn't take to me quite so much.
