Dr Karparti was friendly, informative and thorough. There was difficulty finding a suitable vein, but he kept me informed and reassured me. I was feeling quite anxious beforehand, but I felt at ease by being kept informed and reassured. A good experience for my first general anaesthetic as an adult.
