I attended Dr Cole's pain clinic at the Churchill Hospital in Oxford. I found him to be positive and caring, and keen to assist with my chronic pain problem. There were a number of options that we looked at around general pain management, the use of a TENS machine and also the use of local injections around the nerves causing the problem. In all cases I liked and valued his approach and the amount of time given.
I have come away knowing much more about pain management and whilst the injections did not give long term relief I have a path forward to look at ablation techniques.
