Dr Paula McGinty removed me from the practice list of Dr Mitchell & Partners, Woodhouse Medical Centre, Sheffield, following my complaint about my care and my email to the practice that i was intending to make complaint to the General Medical Council about her and all partners within the practice.
She also insisted to the Healthcare Commission, following my complaint to them, that she sent me a prescription through the post, when in fact she did not. Their is no proof of this prescription in my medical notes (which if she did send, should be noted down.)
I am VERY happy with my new gp surgery (Richmond Medical Centre, Sheffield,) which i have been with for over three years now.
