I saw Dr Roberts regarding ADHD treatment. I'd been through many failed treatments before as I have co-morbidities that have made it tricky to get right. As a result I was feeling despondent and feeling anxious. Despite this, Dr Roberts put me at ease straight away and gave me renewed hope that my conditions could still be treatable, giving me a better quality of life. He struck up a great rapport instantly by showing himself to be genuinely listening to me and interested in what I had to say. I was also reassured that he spent time preparing for our appointment by understanding my situation through studying my previous medical notes.
He showed a willingness to work with me, making relevant and suitable treatment suggestions that were tailored to my situation, but also welcomed my input and let me know that the final choice would be mine. On top of this he was warm, friendly and engaging.
If you are looking for mental health treatment I highly recommend meeting with Dr Roberts. He has given me renewed hope for the future and I'm very happy that I will be meeting with him again in a month for a review.
