I have been a patient of Dr Malik's since I was diagnosed with MS (more than 10 years). He is my consultant neurologist on the NHS and I also see him privately when required. He always listens and I never feel rushed. He explains his diagnisis and treatment options in a way that I can understand, and every appointment I have attended in the last 11 years, whether private or NHS, has always been followed up with a letter to my GP providing an update on my condition and the future plan for my care. It's very important to trust your consultant and to have confidence in the advice and care he provides. In this sense I couldn't ask for anything more.
