He does not look at notes, and is very short and rude. He recommended I have a growth removed, and I asked for clarification to the process, to which he said that he would not repeat himself again, which left me shaken and worried. The call (would not see me due to coronavirus) was 6 minutes long, so it wasn't like I was repeating myself or asking the same thing. I asked for a second opinion and he said that this would not be possible
