I was given the wrong combination of medication by this Dr and after many attempts by myself & my GP for it to be changed was not listened to.I began suffering many adverse side effects from this drug combination.Yet still Dr Mytheen refused to change the medication and eventually I was advised by a pharmacist that over long term I could develop kidney problems.I eventually seen a different Neurologist & changed my medication but also found I had also been prescribed over the BNF medical guide so was being over- dosed therefore when trying to reduce the medication life was very difficult.
