I was nervous about the procedure, but she reassured me that she would do her very best. She also advised me to let her know if the procedure became too uncomfortable. Her reassurance and gentleness put me at ease, which was crucial for me during a difficult procedure. This gave me the confidence to trust her expertise and allowed her to continue with the procedure. Her manner is inspiring, and her communication skills are second to none.
