Dr Bala, as she is known, is a wonderful doctor, who takes the time to listen to her patients, no matter how long it takes. She genuinely cares, and does whatever it takes to make her patients feel better. Dr Bala has a vast knowledge of different conditions, including rare ones like mine, and she will always be honest, efficient and thorough when examing a patient. She is worth waiting for at the surgery, and is a shining example of everything a good doctor should be.
