Our Son Luke has DS. He was extremely nervous about having his operation. This all changed once we met with Niven at the review. His wonderful manor and lighthearted approached soon put ours and Luke at ease. He gave us confidence and reassurance.
On the day of Luke's operation, Niven came into the room and Luke was so pleased to see him. Niven's bedside manor in both the ward and in theatre was outstanding. He was funny, caring and compassionate.
Niven understood Luke's disability and needs.
Niven made the whole Hospital experience easier for us as a family and especially for Luke.
We are most grateful to this wonderful man.
