I was seen by Dr Rao regarding a medical condition which had been troubling me for quite some time. Having previously seen Dr Rao I had been assured that the condition was nothing to be concerned about. However when seeing Dr Rao again for the seond time I found him to be condescending, rude and very unprofessional.
