Professor Klein is a shining example of how consultants should behave. His explanations were clear and concise and he genuinely cares about his patients - this is in stark contrast to many doctors and nurses at Great Ormond Street. Professor Klein always seemed genuinely interested in his patients and gave of his time unstintingly. I have the highest regard for this gentleman.
