Spoke to Dr Millen today, she lacked empathy and came across a little patronising. Not my usual doctor, I wouldn’t recommend her. My remote app today was over the telephone, so GP did not assess me in person. This process concerns me as there is a higher risk of misdiagnosis. Dr Millen asked me, “What would you like to achieve from this call today”, which I find poor. I believe majority of patients wouldn’t call a doctor unless they have tried all they can, hence needing a more professional prescriptive or advise. I would recommend Dr Stanley at this practise.
