I have recently moved to the area and have required regular treatment for a long time.
Dr Michell listened to my history, advised what the course of treatment that he deemed best, asked how I felt abut this and if I had any questions and ensured that I understood everything.
I left the appointment feeling understood and that there was an appropriate plan of action.
