Doctor Nicholas Greenwood was the Anaesthetist that treated me during my recent operation at Spire Hospital, Manchester.
On the morning of my operation, Doctor Greenwood came to introduce himself and talked to me beforehand and put me at ease about my operation. He was very personable and caring.
When I went down to theatre for my operation, Doctor Greenwood totally made me feel in safe, capable hands and explained exactly what he was doing and what to expect. He asked me to think of a nice thought so I thought of a beach. The next thing I knew, it was all over and my operation had finished. He was amazing, very gentle and had a nice calm manner, He took the time to have a little chat and made me feel very relaxed. I would highly recommend Doctor Greenwood. Thank you for looking after me during my operation and keeping me safe.
