I have had two telephone conversations with this GP and I have to say his caring professional approach was impressive. He took his time to explain everything to me in terms I would understand ( but was not at all patronising ) As soon as he telephoned me the second time his first question was “how are you?” and he seemed to be genuinely interested. He just treated me with respect and kindness. I am due to have further contact with him re investigation into my condition and hope that the continuity remains and he continues to support me.

I have never met Dr Britchford due to the COVID pandemic , spoke with him over the phone and found him to be very patient and understanding also very informative when explaining what my problem was and the treatment needed . I called back at a later date and he remembered I had spoke to him previously and asked how I was doing even tho I had called about another problem . I must say he seems to care about his patients even when it’s a phone service and look forward to meeting him at some point.

this doctor is the best ever at orchards medical practice always listens very calm spoken doesn’t rush you helps in every way I havnt met him face to face will be doing soon always rings when says he going to He rearly cares about his patients only ever speak to him now as I trust him over all others
