He was a doctor on my grandpa's case last year. My grandpa received appalling care and I wouldn't wish the trauma and pain he- and the rest of my family- endured on anyone else.
Royal Lancaster Infirmary as a whole provided a below average and frankly offensive level of care. The manner and environment in which my grandpa passed away was deeply upsetting.
