As soon as I arrived the nurse put me at ease. Then the Doctor came in and straight away he was very kind and he listened to me.
I personally don't think the treatment could improve as it was so straight forward. The Doctor spoke to me all the time so I knew what was going on. After he told me what to expect and whatnot to do.
Which I think is important.
When I went in I was very nervous but the Doctor and nurse put me at ease.
