Over the years I have known this doctor she tends to believe what the staff tell her %100. Working within her team in the past She would listen to her patients but even when inside she knows that perhaps a member of staff is wrong she will never agree with her doubts about this. I have worked within an area where a ward manager was being negetive and dishonest about one of her patients. Despite the patient expressing the truth she went along with the GT a manager at Thornford Park Hospital. Eventualy the Manager was demoted and moved from TP. and was given a job as as a nurse at a different Priory Site in Berkshire. She could of done a lot more for this particular patient but sadly failed to provide a balanced review of care by using her own thought processes and initive. The particular patient suffered much psychologicaly for many years as he struggled to come to terms with such unfairness while at TP and post transfer. Dr Jusic needs to improve on using her own judgement and think about the human feeling side of patient understanding.
