Dr N Kemp has been the most understanding and helpful doctor I’ve had since the last 3 surgeries I’ve been registered at (due to moving home).
A lot of the time I’ve found the past doctors either not explaining results or ignoring separate symptoms as a potential link to my major issue.
Not only did Dr Kemp take the time to listen to my medical history, coming from another surgery, I felt she understood my frustration in trying to address all the issues without just focusing on one aspect. She then patiently talked me through the different options I had for each symptom. It was the first time in 8 years where I felt I could actually resolve my symptoms with a holistic approach.
